What we do
Rofaz is a technology platform. We build the app that connects a rider who needs a car with a nearby driver who is licensed and insured to carry them. You enter where you are and where you are going, we price the trip, and you see the full fare before you confirm it. A licensed, insured driver picks you up in an approved vehicle.
Rofaz is operated by Rofaz Limo Services LLC, a small owner-operated company based in New Jersey. That shapes how we work: we would rather quote you an honest number and keep you than surprise you once. Every fare is itemized, every extra charge has its own line, and every ride ends with a receipt that explains itself. Who drives
Drivers do not simply sign up and start earning. Before a driver can go online we review and approve their documents: proof of a background check, their driver’s license and their New Jersey limo license, plus the vehicle’s commercial registration, its certificate of liability insurance and its insurance certificate. Each one carries an expiry date and we re-check them — a driver whose paperwork lapses comes off the road until it is current again.
Where we operate
We serve New Jersey today, including runs to Newark Liberty International, Hoboken Terminal and Newark Penn Station. We are actively expanding, and the home page lists every area we are live in or opening next — if you are just outside it, ask us.
If something goes wrong
Email support@rofaz.co with the date and the pickup address and we will find your trip. Charges may appear on your statement under our payment processor’s name rather than ours. Our full terms, privacy policy, refund and cancellation rules are in the Legal Center — written out properly, not buried.
